You will need to reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following:
Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headaches, Skin Rashes, Etc.
Contact your Primary Care Provider/Physician directly regarding your personal injury case. Appointments are scheduled by your Primary Care Provider only. We do not accept direct patient appointments without a Physician referral.
Heartland Diagnostics of Missouri, LLC, is not a participating Private or Commercial Insurance provider. We do not submit claims on behalf of the patient, treating physician or specialist. We will provide you a copy of your invoice to submit to to your Personal or Commercial Insurance Claims for reimbursement. If your medical provider orders diagnostic testing on your behalf, your provider may manage your claim.

Please arrive 30 minutes early; if you are late, it may be necessary to reschedule your test. In the event you are unable to keep your appointment, contact us immediately at (314) 899-6961 to cancel.
Your referring Physician may have provided you with Intake Forms or other important information. Be sure to bring this documentation with you to your appointment as directed.
Please wear comfortable cloths. The above graphic demonstrates the patient positioning on the examination table. Many of our patients wear their gym cloths.
Please shower or bath prior to your appointment and refrain from wear a perfume, cologne, body sprays, or other fragrances. You will have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive with excessive cologne or body odor.
Clinical examination procedures may be modified, and Neuro-Vascular & Concussion Assessments may take up to 30 minutes each. The technician in charge of your test will explain the diagnostic procedure during your examination.
Review of your chief complaints, medical history, and other important documents will also be reviewed with you prior to your Neuro-Vascular and/or Concussion Evaluation.
